Rose apartment is a ground floor apartment, situated alongside the river and directly accessed from the courtyard through a stable door. Sleeping 3, Rose Apartment has 1 king size bedroom, 1 standard single bedroom, and a modern walk in shower room.

The convenient lounge, kitchen and dining space overlooks the pretty courtyard which is perfect for outside dining and socialising. Relax to the soothing sounds of the River Aller and watch the wildlife go by – maybe spot our resident Kingfisher!

This ground floor apartment is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Stable Cottage has 1 kingsize bedroom and an adjoining twin room. Both bedrooms are in the eaves of the characterful cottage.

  • Bedroom 1 – King size bed, wardrobe, TV. Access door to bedroom 2.
  • Bedroom 2 – Twin room with 2 standard single beds. Wardrobe, dressing table.

Please note, access to bedroom 2 is not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility due to the characterful nature of the property. There is a raised 50 cm beam to step over into the room.

Outdoor Space

  • Secluded seating area plus direct access to the communal courtyard with outdoor seating and parasols.
  • Communal walled Patio area and garden
  • Bike storage – Secure storage for large sports equipment and vehicle top boxes.
  • Access to laundry room (additional charges apply)
  • Dog exercise area

Pets

Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement (chargeable at £20/pet). We recommend a maximum of two medium size dogs for Stable Cottage.

For our four legged friends there is an exercise area and miles of dog friendly walks to explore from the doorstep.

Free onsite parking.

Stable Cottage has two dedicated parking spaces. For additional vehicles please contact us for availability.
